Customised Insoles and Orthotics

What are they?

Orthotics and insoles are specially designed shoe inserts. They can be used to: control biomechanical alignment, protect and support an injury, reduce pain, accommodate foot deformity and increase mobility.

Depending on your presenting complaint and the result of an MSK & Biomechanical assessment, it might be necessary to prescribe you with a pair of orthoses. This might come in the form of a prefabricated device, customised insoles or customised orthotics (mould of the foot is taken).
